Shareholder

Carol J. Wilson graduated from the University of Colorado in 1982 and Villanova University School of Law in 1986. She joined the firm in 1987, and became a shareholder in 1993. Since joining the firm, she has tried many cases to successful conclusion involving a variety of litigated issues. Carol represents owners, general contractors, construction managers and subcontractors in complex construction litigation. She also represents design professionals including architects, engineers and land surveyors in the varied areas of their profession. She has expertise in defense of insurance companies in contract litigation, of individuals and corporations in personal injury claims and trucking companies in property damage and catastrophic losses.

Carol is a trained facilitator and serves as an arbitrator, facilitator and mediator in private and litigated disputes.
